FAQs
PLATO (Platform for Learning and Training Optimization) is an AI-powered educational platform that transforms pharmaceutical training through personalized, interactive learning experiences. Using AI-driven simulations and real-time feedback, the platform enables representatives to master product knowledge and sales skills while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
We do not require any personal user registration. Instead, access is granted using a limited set of randomly generated usernames and passwords, provisioned through secure automation routines. These credentials are not associated with any individual. We adhere to strict data minimization principles, storing only what is essential, and our approach ensures that users are decoupled from any Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Once a user’s access is no longer needed, their credentials and any associated data are fully deleted, ensuring complete removal from our systems.

PLATO can be accessed from any device with a modern web browser. While it is optimized for desktops and laptops, it also supports tablets and smartphones through a responsive interface that adapts to different screen sizes.
To use PLATO effectively, you will need a stable internet connection. We recommend using a headset for the best audio experience during calls and interactions.
You can access PLATO via the dedicated link provided to you. No installation is required—just open the link in your browser and start using the platform.
To log in to PLATO, simply use the username and password that were provided to you. No additional registration is required during the Proof of Concept (POC) phase.
Just navigate to the PLATO access link in your browser, enter your credentials when prompted, and you’ll be logged into the platform.
The PLATO web application cannot be downloaded, as it runs directly in your web browser. Instead, we recommend bookmarking the website URL for quick and easy access whenever you need it.
PLATO offers a variety of interactive physician personas, such as oncologists with different specialties, communication styles, and experience levels. These personas simulate realistic, end-to-end sales conversations—including objections and skill evaluations—to help you practice and refine your approach in a safe, controlled environment.
To select a specific physician, simply follow the instructions provided within the web application interface.
PLATO offers various training scenarios including product knowledge assessment, objection handling practice, time-constrained presentations, relationship building with different healthcare professional personas, and compliance training. Each scenario is customized to specific therapeutic areas, products, and customer segments.
After each training session, users receive immediate feedback on their performance. The feedback includes an overall score, detailed breakdown by performance category, specific examples from the conversation, and actionable recommendations for improvement. Managers also have access to anonymized performance data to support coaching and monitor progress over time.
PLATO evaluates performance across multiple dimensions including product knowledge, needs assessment, objection handling, relationship building, and outcome orientation. Each conversation is scored using AI-powered analytics that assess the quality of responses, effectiveness of communication, and adherence to key messaging. The evaluation provides detailed feedback and specific recommendations for improvement.
You can view your training history and progress directly within the platform. To review your past sessions, go to the left-hand menu and select “Calls History.” To monitor your performance trends and progression over time, click on “Analytics.”
